Ginger and Garlic paste is an essential ingredient in Indian cuisine. Most Indian curries have ginger and garlic in the base of the curry and this convenient paste makes preparing these dishes easy. Use this paste where ginger garlic paste is called for or whenever fresh ginger and garlic are not available.
