Sanjeev Kapoor's Khazana Fish Masala
A flavorful and mildly spicy fish spice mix made with coriander, cumin, mustard, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sesame seeds, chili, black pepper, turmeric, salt, taj and trifala.
Quick and easy to follow instructions provided on the box:
1.Mix 2 tbsp salt in 8 fish pieces in a bowl. Keep aside for 10 minutes. 2. Then wash the fish thoroughly and let them dry for some time. 3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon khazana fish masala, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, salt. 4. Marinate this paste to fish pieces for at least 1/2 hour, heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan, fry fish pieces till they become golden brown on both sides.Serve hot with sambar and rice.
