Rava Dosai mix is a combination of semolina (ground wheat) and rice flour. These thin, crepe-like pancakes are filled or eaten with spicy potato fillings. Dosa mixes are much more convenient because they save soaking and grinding time. This same mix can also be used to make thicker pancakes called uttappam, which the batter is mixed with chopped onions and green chillies before cooking. Enjoy this with coconut chutney or sambhar. Ingredients:- Semolina flour, Rice flour, partially Hydrogenated Vegetable oil Shortening (Palmolein oil & Sesame oil ), Salt, Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric acid, Sesame seed powder, Cumin seeds powder and Butylated Hydroxy Anisole (Preservative).
