Tasty and wholesome spiced rice crepes ready in an instant. A delicious breakfast dish best enjoyed with coconut and tomato chutneys.
Ingredients: Rice, Black gram Dal, Maida, Salt, Edible vegetable fat, Rice flakes, Fenugreek, Acidity regulator (INS 296), Raising agent (INS 500ii).
Cooking Instructions:
Add 1 cup of Mix to 1 cup water and ½ cup yogurt to form batter. Set aside for 10 minutes. Spread sufficient batter on hot tava on medium flame. Add 1 tbsp oil to the sides.
Garnish with chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves and onions. Roast till golden brown. Serve hot.
