These round, crunchy wafers are used when making "Bhel." Preparation is easy: In a large bowl, add Bhel Mix, chopped onions, cooked and diced potatoes, a good drizzle of Coriander Chutney (a little watered down) and Hot and Sweet Chutney. Mix Well. Use these puri to scoop the mixture. An exotic appetizer for a special occasion.
