This dark red sauce is made of sour green mangoes, chilli powder, sugar and salt. Its fruity, hot, sweet and sour taste is great with samosas, grilled meat and seafood. A great dip is made by mixing this chutney and plain yogurt and dipping crispy snacks. Also delicious with bhel puri, bhel, sandwiches, pakodas and dehi vada.
