Organic Idli Rava is made by grinding organic rice into a coarse powder. It is commonly known as cream of rice. This flour can be used in many different recipes and is a great alternative for those trying to avoid wheat or have gluten allergies.
After soaking this idli rava for 4-5 hours, this paste would be added to soaked urad dal, and blended in a wet mixer. The final composition is known as idli batter and used to make the famous South Indian rice patties called "Idli."
