Rub 1 tbsp of Shan Meat Tenderizer on wet 1 kg (2.2 lbs) meat and keep it in a cool place for 45 minutes. Shan Meat Tenderizer can also be used to make the following more soft and delicious: mutton, beef, prawn, lamb and chicken.
