Originating from the state of Gujarat, Khakharas are thin crackers made from whole wheat flour, served usually during breakfast. Shalini’s khakhras are uniquely hand-made and roasted to provide a delicious, crunchy and healthy snack enjoyed with a selection of pickles and chutneys.

Shalini Bajri Khakhara is made with pearl millet flour (bajri), wheat flour, all purpose flour, palm oil, sugar, chillies, salt, garlic, fenugreek, citric acid and turmeric powder.
