Savoy Coconut Cream
Coconut Cream is the richest extraction of coconut. To make Coconut Cream, fresh, shredded coconut is simmered in water and then strained through cheesecloths. Depending on dilution the product may become "coconut milk" or if less concentrated it will be coconut cream. This coconut cream contains 70% coconut milk, and can be used in any recipe calling for creamed coconut or coconut cream.
