Ingredients: onion, whey powder, tomato powder, vegetable oil, coriander powder, garlic, ginger, salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, star aniseed, bay leaves, black cardamom, black pepper, cassia, clove, fennel seeds, green cardamom, mace, nutmeg, rose petals.

Directions to use: 1.Mix the contents of the pack with 2 cups of water in pan. 2.Add 2 medium sized potatoes cut into fingers and cover and cook for 15 minutes. 3. open and add 2 cups of assorted boiled vegetables cook for ten minutes or until the vegetables are done and the desired consistency is achieved.
