Sanjeev Kapoor's Khazana Tikka Seekh Kebab Masala
The Khazana Tikka Seekh Kebab Masala is an excellent and balanced blend of hot Indian spices which can be directly applied to marinate the meat and grilled or cooked on direct flame. The flavor of spices is predominant and will remain so in spite of direct heat.
Directions to use:
1.Cut 500 gms of boneless chicken into one and a half inch cubes. 2.Take one cup of hung curd, add one tbsp of ginger and garlic paste and add three tbsps of Khazana Tikka Seekh Kebab Masala, mix well. 3.Apply this marinade to the chicken pieces and refrigerate for an hour. 4.Skewer the chicken and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.remove and paste with butter or oil for another 2-3 mins. 5.Alternatively skewer the chicken on satay sticks and cook in a preheated over at 180 degrees for 15 mins, basting the chicken pieces with butter or oil at regular intervals. 6. Serve hot.
