Sanjeev Kapoor's Khazana Pav Bhaji Masala
“Pav” means bread and “bhaji” means curry. The Khazana Pav Bhaji Masala added to the mixed mashed vegetables give you the same enriched flavor and taste of the pav bhaji available on Mumbai streets.
Directions to use:
1.Saute two chopped onions in a little oil till light brown, add one chopped green chilli, one tbsp of ginger-garlic paste and saute. 2.Add six chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until completely mashed. 3.Continue to cook on medium heat for two minutes, stirring continously. 4.Add one chopped capsicum, one-fourth cup of boiled and slightly mashed green peas, one-fourth small, grated cauliflower and four boiled and grated potatoes. 5.Mix and add one cup of water, simmer of ten minutes, stirring and mashing all the vegetables lightly. 6.Add two tbsps of Khazana Pav Bhaji Masala two tbsps, of butter and salt to taste, stir-fry for five minutes. 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
