This 1-2-3 ready to cook spice mix is used to make the authentic Goan Fish Curry Dish. It has a coconut milk base, with hints of onion, tomato and tamarind.

Ingredients: onion, spices, tomato powder, vegetable oil, tamarind powder, garlic, ginger, salt, bay leaves, green chilli powder, turmeric powder.

Directions to use: 1.Empty the entire contents of the packet in a pan. 2. Add 2 cups of water and 400gms of fish. 3.Cover and cook for 10 mins on medium heat. 4.Add 3/4th cup coconut milk after cooking., serve hot accompanied with lemon wedges.
