Sanjeev Kapoor's Khazana Dum Aloo Kashmiri Spice Mix
Ingredients: Onion, whey powder, spices, vegetable oil, yoghurt powder, salt, garlic, ginger, tomato powder, yoghurt powder, salt, garlic, tomato powder, citric acid, paprika oleoresin, chilly powder, caraway seeds, bay leaves, cassia, turmeric.
Can be prepared with a pressure cooker or in the microwave.
Absolutely no artificial colors or flavors.
Directions to use: 1.Empty the entire contents of the packet in a pressure cooker. 2.Add 2 cups of water and 400gms of peeled and pricked baby potatoes. 3.Pressure cook till 4 whistles, open and simmer for 5 mins.
