A specialty chicken dish from the Chettinars of South India. Just add the contents of this pack with chicken and water and Chicken Chettinad is ready!

Ingredients: onion, whey powder, tomato powder, vegetable oil, coriander powder, garlic, ginger, salt, chilly powder, cumin powder, star aniseed, bay leaves, black cardamom, black pepper, cassia, clove, fennel seeds, green cardamom, mace, nutmeg, rose petals.

Directions to use: 1.Empty the entire contents of the packet in a pan. 2.add 2 cups of water and 500gms of chicken pieces with bone. 3.Cover and cook for 10 mins on medium heat. 4. Open lid and simmer for 5 mins or until the desired consistency is achieved. 5.Add 3/4th cup coconut milk after cooking, serve hot with malbari paratha/rice/bread of your choice.
