Kulcha is a type of soft, leavened flatbread from the Indian subcontinent, particularly popular in Punjab. It is traditionally made from refined wheat flour, milk/yogurt, and a leavening agent like baking soda or yeast, giving it a light, fluffy texture. 

Kulcha is often cooked in a tandoor (clay oven), which imparts a slight smoky flavor. It is commonly served with curries and dals.
