Rogan Josh is a 'real curry'. Hearty, rich and flavorsome, with a medium spiciness, it is one of our most popular. The dish originated from the Kashmir region of India, and like many Indian dishes there are many different variations. This version uses a special blend of turmeric, paprika and coriander with other spices and of course tomato puree, to create a deliciously tasty, rich and aromatic dish.
Ingredients: Water, Spices (Including Paprika, Coriander, Tumeric, and Cumin), Canola oil, Salt, Corn flour, Acetic acid, Contains 2% or less of Tamarind, Garlic powder, Citric acid.

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Medium Onion, Sliced
70g - 1/4 jar Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Paste
250g Diced Lamb
200g Fresh or Canned Chopped Tomatoes
100ml Water
1 tsp Fresh Chopped Coriander Leaf (optional)
Method:
1) In a medium sized pan, gently fry onions in oil until golden.
2) Stir in Patak's Rogan Josh Curry Paste, add lamb and fry until sealed.
3) Add tomatoes and water, mix well and cover pan. Simmer on a low heat for 45 minutes until the lamb is cooked. Serve garnished with chopped coriander leaf (optional).
Equally delicious with chicken, beef, fish or vegetables.
May contain traces of peanut or tree nuts.
