An extremely fragrant loose chai tea mix with high grade black tea, dry ginger, green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Masala chai is best served with milk and sweetened. The word "Chai" means "tea" in a number of Indian dialects. The word "Masala" means mixture of spices.
Directions: Bring 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup milk to a boil. Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp chai tea and boil for 1 minute. Enjoy!
