Nirav Tapioca / Cassava (Sliced / Round) Dried
Dried Cassava slices are often cooked into curries in the Southern regions of India. In the Indian state of Kerala, Cassava is a staple item in their diet due to its high carbohydrate content. They are most commonly eaten with fish curry, beef curry or a chilli and onion paste.
Cassava is also consumed in many other parts of the world including Thailand, Malaysia and parts of Africa.
