Rava Idli are similar to regular Idlis, but are made with wheat instead of rice. These spongy cakes are enjoyed steaming hot with the spicy soup Sambar. Preparation is easy; simply add water to the mix, add fresh coriander leaves and chopped green chilies (optional) and steam!
