Nirav Pani-Puri Masala Concentrate
This spicy, dark green concentrate is used to make cumin-flavored water for small puffs called puchkas. These small puffs are filled with small cubes of boiled potatoes, chickpeas, beans, chutney and then filled with this water. This concentrate is made of fresh coriander leaves, salt, citric acid, cumin, chillies and spices. This is simply mixed and thinned with water.
