Nirav Handvo Instant Mix

Handvo is a West-Indian specialty. It is a sour and spicy cake made from rice, chana dal, urad dal and spices. It is commonly eaten as a high protein breakfast food, but is excellent as a dinner accompaniment or snack. Simply add water to the mix and place in a pressure cooker or oven.

Ingredients: Rice flour, Split bengal gram flour, Urad dal (split black gram) flour, Wheat flour, Iodized salt, Sodium bicarbonate (E500), Citric acid (E330), Red chili powder, Turmeric powder and Asafoetida
