Nirav Dried Soybeans
These yellow, mature beans that have ripened in the soybean pod into dry, hard beans. Soybeans are unique among legumes because they are higher in protein and fat and lower in carbohydrate than other beans. They contain no cholesterol, and are terrific sources of dietary fiber. They should be soaked in water for at least six hours prior to cooking them on a stove or in a pressure-cooker.
