Make crispy and flavorful dosa with this quick and easy Dhosa Mix. Dhosa are similar to crepes, but made with rice flour and urad dal lentils.

Simply add water to this mix, spread on a flat pan and cook! Alternatively, you can add chopped onions, potatoes, or tomatoes for even flavorful dosai. Serve hot with Nirav Instant Sambar Mix.
