MTR Pongal - Peppered Lentil Rice (Ready-to-Eat)Lentils and Rice with Black Pepper
This dish originates in South India and is comprised of cooked rice with moong dal and spices. This light meal is commonly eaten as a breakfast or snack food. A very quick snack to prepare; just boil the foil packet in water, or microwave the contents and serve! This product is free of artificial preservatives, colors and flavorings.
Ingredients: Water, rice, green gram splits, refined sunflower oil, lemon juice, salt, edible vegetable fat (made from a combination of oils such as sunflower, rice bran, soybean, palmolein and sesame), ghee, cashew nut, cumin, ginger paste, green chilli, pepper, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder.
