Dhokla Ready Mix is a convenient packaged blend designed to make dhokla, a popular Indian savory snack, quickly and easily at home. Dhokla is a light, spongy, and mildly tangy cake made from fermented rice and chickpea (besan) batter, traditionally steamed and often served with a tempering of mustard seeds, green chilies, and fresh coriander.

Ingredients: Rice, Black Gram Splits, Wheat Semolina, Sugar, Refined Wheat Flour(Maida), Raising Agent, Iodised Salt, Interesterified Vegetable Fat, Acidity Regulator, Asafoetida and Anticaking Agent.
