Mother's Recipe Madras Pappadums (Appalam)
For special occasions or everyday meals, our Madras Appalams will add a touch of festivity to any meal. Try it once and you will insist on eating it every meal. Roast it directly, or fry it crisp and see it spread out. Crumble it on rice. Snack on it or make it into a side dish. Store it in air –tight containers after frying, to savor their crisp taste whenever you feel the urge.
Ingredients: Udad Dal flour, Rice flour, salt, calcium carbonate and coconut oil.
