A South India treat. Spicy ginger pickle in sesame oil. Appetizing and refreshing. The ginger is enlivened by chilly powder, salt and offset by jaggery. Seasoned at the time of bottling.

Ingredients:- Ginger Crushed (25?%) Jaggery , Water, Salt, Tamarind, Spices(Chilli, Fenugreek, Mustard, Whole Red chillies, Turmeric , Asafoetida),sesame oil, Cotton seed oil, Citric acid, and acetic acid as acidity regulator(E 330 & E 260)
