Nirav Mini Papads - Jeera (cumin)pappadums, papadum
Crispy, crunchy lentil wafers are known as pappadum/papad in India. This item is the mini version of regular papads found in most Indian restaurants. This cumin (jeera) variety is made with black gram (urad dal), cumin, soda bicarbonate, asafoetida and oil. They should be deep fried for the crispiest texture. They are also microwavable on the highest setting on your microwave.
Once fried, they store very well in an airtight container for several days.
