Vangibath is an authentic South Indian spiced rice dish. It is made by mixing this spice mix with vegetables, cooked rice, coconut powder and fried cashews. This spice mix is made of chana dal, urad dal, coriander, cinnamon, cardamom, asafoetida, clove, red chili and dried coconut.

Ingredients:- Gram dal, Urad dal, Red chilli, Coriander, Cinnamon, Asafoetida, Caper(Marati Moggu), Cardamom, Clove and Peanut oil(Groundnut oil).
