It combines two types of dhokla (indian cornbread): "Khatta Dhokla" or sour dhokla and "Khaman Dhokla" which is made from chickpea (gram) flour. They are joined in this creative snack with a layer of tangy Green Chutney made of coriander and mint leaves.

                    (ii) Khaman Dhokla Mix:-  Chickpea Flour, Semolina (Wheat ), Sugar Powder , Salt , Raising Agents A(Sodium Bicarbonate & Citric Acid), Asafoetida, Turmeric & Acidity Regulator (sodium Acetate).
