This famous Souffle is made not only in Mumbai but is cherished all over Asia especially China, Japan, Phillippines and Malaysia. Its satiating characteristic makes it a favourite for weight-watchers. While it’s cooling nature helps beat the heat in summer.
Directions:
Mix in Milk: Blend the contents of the pack with 430ml (14.5fl.oz) lukewarm water.
Stir ‘n’ Boil: Bring to boil, stirring continuously. Ensure that it dissolves completely.
Pour and Set: Pour and set in a shallow flat dish. Halwa will set in approx. 30 min. at room temperature.
Serve chilled.
