        Mendu Vada are doughnut-shaped lentil fritters. Made from wheat flour, urad dal flour, veg oil, salt, sodium bi-carb, citric acid and spices.

        Makes approximately 10 vadas.

        Enjoy with sambhar and coconut chutney.
