Made of thick gauge stainless steel, and lined on the bottom with copper for even and quick heating. Smooth mirror finish for lustrous appearance and ease of cleaning. Bakelite handles stay cool during cooking for safe handling.

Also included is a six tier idli rack. This all stainless steel rack contains 4 plates, each with four concave depressions where the idli batter is added. A total of 16 idlis can be made quickly in this set.

The trays are stacked and secured, then placed in idli cooker with just enough water for steaming (add just enough water so that the bottom idli plate stays dry).
