Chatpat Masala is a dry spice mix made of mostly Kanda (onion) and Lasun (garlic). It is used as a flavor enhancer, and is sprinkled on top of dishes for extra flavor.

Ingredients: Chili powder, fresh onion, coriander powder, salt, fresh garlic, fresh ginger, oil, turmeric powder, cinnamon, clove and black pepper.
