Auric Noodles are Baked Noodles, unlike other noodles which are Fried. This makes Auric Noodles Zero Oil, Zero cholesterol & free from trans fat. Moreover, Auric Noodles does not have any Maida [Refined Flour] but 40% Millet leading to 50% more protein than most of the noodles in the country. Maida is known to exacerbate inflammation and diabetes. Foxtail Millet flour on the other hand not only increases protein content but also makes Auric noodles diabetic-friendly.
Most of the noodles in the country be it Korean noodles, Hakka noodles, Ramen are deep-fried. Even popular brands such as Maggi, Yipee & Wai Wai are steeped in oil as declared on the back of the pack. As a result, those noodles are neither oil-free nor trans-fat-free. Where as Auric Noodles are hand-roasted and hand-baked in industrial kitchen ovens. The convection technology ensures a uniform heat distribution thus, nullifying the need for deep frying or the use of oil.
