Seeni Sambol is a Sri Lankan relish that is both sweet and hot. It is made with red onions (shallots), chili pieces, salt, lime juice, sugar, maldive fish chips, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, curry leaves, tamarind and vegetable oil.
