Anil Tamarind Vermicelli

This pack contains thin, roasted wheat noodles called Vermicelli. This special South Indian variety of vermicelli is mixed with the included tamarind spice mix and boiled in water until tender. The result is an authentic tangy and mildly-spiced noodle dish. Great as a quick and healthy snack or as a meal accompaniment.
