Tanjavoor Mixture is a snack mix popular in Southern India made with gram flour strings and puffs, roasted peanuts and spices. It is mildly spicy. Enjoy with tea and coffee.

Ingredients:- Gram flour, vegetable oil, rice flour, peas flour, peanuts, salt, chili powder, spices (pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, garlic and coriander), asafoetida, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
