Aachi Sambar Powder
Boil 100g Toor Dal. Set Aside. In a large pan, Add 2 tablespoons oil and add mustard once oil is hot. Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves and fry till golden brown. Take 100g cut vegetables, 2 tomatoes, tamarind juice, required Aachi Sambar Powder, salt to taste and cook with boiled dhal for 15 minutes. Now garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Now tasty Aachi Sambar is ready to serve.
Toor Dal, Urad Dal, Coriander, Red Chilies, Pepper, Mustard, Ginger, Cumin, Fenugreek, Asafetida, Turmeric, Curry Leaves and Salt.
