Garam Masala literally means "hot spices." This South Indian variation of this powder has a bit more chilli and garlic flavors than traditional garam masalas.

Preparation:
This is a mixture of spices, adding a teaspoon or two of Aachi Garam Masala will increase the taste and flavor of vegetarian and non-veg preparations.

Ingredients:- Coriander, Chilli, Garlic, Cinnamon, Cumin, Aniseed, Cloves, Pepper, Star Anise, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Ginger, Turmeric and Mace.
