This South Indian variant to curry powder is used to make a simple curry gravy that can be used to make vegetable and non-veg curries.
Preparation:
To make mutton curry, chicken curry, peas kurma & vegetable peas and potato curry. To prepare any type of above mentioned curries, make a base using a tomato base, vegetable soup base etc, and then add Aachi curry masala powder and required chilli powder. (This Aachi curry masala powder does not contain chili powder).
Ingredients:- Coriander, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Fennel, Turmeric, Cloves, nutmeg, mace and salt.
