Aachi Chukku Malli (Ginger & Spice Drink) Powder

Chukku Malli is a ginger and spice drink made with jaggery (unrefined sugar). It is often a good remedy for body pain, nausea, cold and cough. It is consumed on a daily basis in many parts of South India.
Preparation:
Take 2 teaspoon of Aachi Chukku Malli Powder add with water and boil well. If you need add milk. For more taste add required Jaggery.
Ingredients:- Dry ginger, pepper, thipili, coriander, turmeric, fenugreek, cardamom, omam, thulasi, garlic, palm jaggery, cumin, cloves and mace (jathipathri).
