Bhakhri Khakhra are thicker version of traditional Gujarati Khakhra - a thin wheat chip. They are traditionally eaten along with coffee and tea and great as a mid-day snack.

INGREDIENTS: Whole Wheat 40 %, Edible oil ( palm oil) 30%, Bajra flour 25%, Iodized salt, Fenugreek leaves, White Sesame, Red chilli powder, Garlic, Garlic powder, Ginger powder.
