Excellent 100% whole wheat flour to make Roti, Paratha. I make my dough by mixing 2 cups of flour, dash of salt and 3/4 cup plus 3 Tablespoon of warm water. 3/4 cup of water is not sufficient, one cup of water is too much. If you want, want you can also add 1/2 teaspoon of oil. I add Avocado oil. You should leave the dough to rest rest at room temperature for about 4 hours before rolling Roti.
You can leave the dough at room temperature for 3 days to make Khameeri Roti.
