Karasev is a traditional Indian origin snack famous mainly in southern parts of the country (India). It is prepared in abundance in the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu and is also exported to rest of the country. Kara sev is rich in nutrition and unlike potato chips and other unhealthy chips, they are good for health. To add to the richness and flavor of Kara sev, cumin is included in the recipe and this snack goes well with evening tea / coffee.

Ingredients: Gram Flour, Refined Ground Nut Oil, Rice Flour, Butter, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida Powder, Ajwain and Cumin Seeds
