For orders below $109.00, we charge a shipping and handling fee of $9.99.
Orders over $109.00, and weighing more than 30 lbs receive a reduced, flat-rate shipping charge of $7.99 (an average shipping discount of 65%!).
Orders over 50 lbs are considered "heavyweight" and receive a flat-rate $0.23 per lb charge. (an average shipping discount of 65%!)

*The rates quoted above are only applicable to orders destined to the lower forty-eight United States. Most continental United States orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service (1-5 business days shipping time). We reserve the right to choose any shipping method (ie. FedEx, DHL, USPS) to get your order to your doorstep. Free shipping promotion not applicable for PO Box, APO and FPO addresses. We reserve the right to limit quantities of items based on weight and shipping location.
For orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses, please email us your order and we will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours to discuss various shipping options. Outside of these locations we do not ship internationally at this time. Many of our customers utilize freight-forwarding services in the US to receive their packages in foreign countries.
Please note that UPS will charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses. Please verify that you have entered the correct shipping information, including suite and apartment numbers, or you may be charged a $18.00 penalty imposed by UPS.
Please note that if your package is returned by the shipper as "undeliverable," you are responsible for both the outgoing and incoming shipping charges, unless the mistake was our oversight.
Unfortunately we do provide shipping refunds for delivery delays as a result of carrier issues, unless guaranteed shipping service was chosen.
FOR FROZEN CART ITEMS:
Due to the perishable nature of frozen items, all frozen shipments must be shipped via UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day or UPS 3 Day Service. This will ensure your items arrive in good condition. We reserve the right to use any shipping service to get your order to you in the required number of days.
At the time of checkout of your frozen items you will be given an option to choose one of these expedited shipping options.
We also charge a low, flat-rate handling charge of $10 for "small" frozen boxes and $15 for "large" frozen boxes to cover the cost of an insulated shipping carton and dry ice. These items are necessary to ensure that your package arrives in satisfactory condition.
Frozen shipments are shipped on Mondays Only. Orders placed on Monday after 12-Noon and later would be shipped the following week.
It is also very important that someone is available at the time of delivery of your frozen shipment to place it in the freezer immediately. Please take a look at the UPS tracking number sent to you after your order is shipped to see when the package is scheduled to arrive.
