1.Mix 2 tbsp salt in 8 fish pieces in a bowl. Keep aside for 10 minutes. 2. Then wash the fish thoroughly and let them dry for some time. 3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon khazana fish masala, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, salt. 4. Marinate this paste to fish pieces for at least 1/2 hour, heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan, fry fish pieces till they become golden brown on both sides.Serve hot with sambar and rice.
