A flavorful and mildly spicy fish spice mix made with coriander, cumin, mustard, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, sesame seeds, chili, black pepper, turmeric, salt, taj and trifala.

Quick and easy to follow instructions provided on the box:

1.Mix 2 tbsp salt in 8 fish pieces in a bowl. Keep aside for 10 minutes. 2. Then wash the fish thoroughly and let them dry for some time. 3. Mix 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon khazana fish masala, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, salt. 4. Marinate this paste to fish pieces for at least 1/2 hour, heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan, fry fish pieces till they become golden brown on both sides.Serve hot with sambar and rice.

An authentic Indian spice blend used to make vegetable curries. Simply cut your favorite vegetables, add ginger and garlic paste, tomato puree and this spice mix, and your dish is ready.

Spice mix contains coriander, tomato powder, red chili, fennel, cumin and other spices.

Directions to use:

1.Boil three cups of uniformly cut vegetables of your choice until three-fourths done.Heat two tbsps of oil in a pan and saute two tbsps each of ginger and garlic paste for a minte. 2.Add one cup of tomato puree and cook  till the oil separates. 3.Add two tbsps of Khazana Kadhai Masala and mix. 4.Add par boiled vegetables, salt to taste and cook till vegetables are done. 5.Remove from heat, sprinkle one tbsp of Khazana Kadhai Masala again and leave it covered for five minutes. 6.Uncover, mix the vegetables properly, sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.

A special spice blend for a juicy and flavorful meat curry.

This spice blend is a composition of coriander, chili powder, cumin, ginger, garlic, black pepper, green cardamom, cinnamon, salt, fennel, bay leaf, clove and turmeric.

Easy to follow instructions provided on box:

1. Heat three tbsps of oil in a pressure cooker and fry two large chopped onions till golden brown. 2. Add one tbsp each, of ginger and garlic paste and saute till the raw flavours disappear. Add one cup of tomato puree and three tbsps of KHAZANA MEAT MASALA and saute for four to five minutes. Add two cup of water, half a cup of yogurt, salt to taste and stir. Cover & cook till 8 whistles or till the meat is done. 4. Add two tbsps of chopped coriander leaves and one tbsp of ginger julienness, Stir and cook for another two minutes, serve hot.

The Khazana Tikka Seekh Kebab Masala is an excellent and balanced blend of hot Indian spices which can be directly applied to marinate the meat and grilled or cooked on direct flame. The flavor of spices is predominant and will remain so in spite of direct heat.

Directions to use:
1.Cut 500 gms of boneless chicken into one and a half inch cubes. 2.Take one cup of hung curd, add one tbsp of ginger and garlic paste and add three tbsps of Khazana Tikka Seekh Kebab Masala, mix well. 3.Apply this marinade to the chicken pieces and refrigerate for an hour. 4.Skewer the chicken and cook in a tandoor for 10 mins.remove and paste with butter or oil for another 2-3 mins. 5.Alternatively skewer the chicken on satay sticks and cook in a preheated over at 180 degrees for 15 mins, basting the chicken pieces with butter or oil at regular intervals. 6. Serve hot.
